Adventure Awaits

It's time for another fab challenge at Creative Knockouts!  Our theme for this challenge is "Finish the Inside".

Our sponsor for this challenge is Pretty Cute Stamps and the lucky winner will receive a $15 gift certificate to use in their store!

I used Wooden Sign by Pretty Cute Stamps to create this gate fold card.  I think gate folds are perfect for showcasing the inside.

The background paper is Explore More from the Let's Lumberjack Collection by Echo Park and once I finished layering, I colored the sign with Copic markers and applied foam squares to the back of the left side.  To keep the card closed, I used Velcro circles on the right.

The front looked a bit bare so I used Hidden Leaves die cuts by Sizzix to add some foliage and a splash of color with the turquoise, which I carried on into the inside.

Thanks so much for stopping by and make sure you check out the amazingly creative creations from our Design Team
then it's your turn to start creating!

Smashing Time at Creative Knockouts

Creative Knockouts has another "smashing" challenge ready for you!  Our theme is "Finish the Inside" with Dr. Digi's House of Stamps sponsoring this challenge!

Meet Pinata-Pedro, he's trying so hard to smash that Pinata!  I used the Print & Cut function on my Silhouette Cameo so I didn't have to fussy cut around the images then colored the images with Copic markers.

I decided to make a shaker card to keep up with the festive colors.  Honestly, I dislike making shaker cards but thought I'd give it one more try - still not a fan - I wish the sequence would stay scattered rather than gather at the bottom until shaken.

For the inside, I decided to add another Pinata and switch to the polka-dot paper to give the illusion of sequence.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I look forward to seeing what you create!
