Merry Misfit and Winter Wishes

Join me for our new challenge over at Christmas with the Cuties!  Our theme for this challenge is White and/or Blue - don't forget, your creation must be Christmas themed and feature a cute image.

We are a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will continue to play along for your chance to proudly display our Winners or Top 3 Badge.

This image is from the Merry Misfit collection by Stampers Anonymous.  I have had this set forever and this is the first time I've used it.

I started with applying snowflakes, sentiment and splotches using grey ink with stamps and stencils, I also used white texture paste with a stencil but once I used the black gloss spray, it got lost in the background.

Now it's your turn to show us your Christmas project and make sure you check out the Design Team's creations for some inspiration and remember - projects must be Christmassy and have to be Cute!

You Deserve It!

A new month brings a new challenge a Get Creative Challenges!  Our theme this month is Ladies Only

We are a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will play along for your chance to proudly display our Winner or Top 3 Badges.

I created this card using Spa Day Stamp Set and matching die cuts by Mama Elephant.  I colored the images with Copic markers then used matching die cuts to cut them out.  I created a two layer tag then added the sentiment and applied foam dots to the back of the images

Thanks so much for stopping by and make sure you hop over to Get Creative Challenges for some inspiration from our fabulous Design Team!

Birth-Yay My Friend

Christms [OR NOT] Bingo Challenges has a new challenge ready to go for you!

CBC will feature a new Bingo card for each challenge and while this isn't your typical game of BINGO, you are required to use at least three items in ONE column.

We are a "just for fun" challenge where you will have the chance to proudly display our Winner or Top Pick Badge!

My choice was the "B" column - Mini Slimline, Hand Colored Image, Dots and Vellum.

I started by creating the yellow background with Mustard Seed and Fossilized Amber Oxide Distress Inks and a few sprays of water.  Once dry, I used No Chill and Dart Frog Neon Lunar Paste with my Circle Dot stencil.  The image (Birth-Yay by MFT) was colored with Copics, then fussy cut and foam dots applied to the back.  The sentiment was created by stamping on vellum and laid overtop cardstock fastened with a red brad.

So glad you stopped by and I look forward to seeing your creation!
