Seasons Tweetings

Join me for our new challenge over at Christmas with the Cuties!  Our theme for this challenge is Two or More Papers - wand don't forget, your creation must be Christmas themed and feature a cute image.

We are a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will continue to play along for your chance to proudly display our Winners or Top 3 Badge.

I pulled out this printed image that has been sitting untouched for years - it's time to put these forgotten printed images to work!  It's called Christmas Robin from Just Some Lines, unfortunately it looks like they have closed up shop.

The image is colored with Copics and I took an embossing pen to the rim of the hat, sprinkle gold embossing power and set the heat to it.  The layout was put together using a Christmas  mini patterned paper pad from the dollar store, gold twine and bell.  The sentiment tag was created using a gold pen with my Cricut.  Final touch was a light spray of varnished brass mica spray.

Now it's your turn to show us your Christmas project and make sure you check out the Design Team's creations for some inspiration and remember - projects must be Christmassy and have to be Cute!

Rockin' Robin at Christmas with the Cuties

Join me for our new challenge over at Christmas with the Cuties!  Our theme for this challenge is "not just ... "Rockin' Robin" - what does that mean?! We want you to include Christmas critter(s) on your card and don't forget, your creation must be Christmas themed and feature a cute image.

We have moved to a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will continue to play along so you have a chance to proudly display our Winners Badge or Top 3 Badge.

If you're looking for a quick and easy card, then this is it.  I created this card using Coolest Christmas Stamp Set by Darcie's Heart and Home.  After coloring the image with Copic markers, I fussy cut and added foam squares to the back.  After assembling the card I attached the matching flat back tin pin embellishment to the present.

Now it's your turn to show us your Christmas project and make sure you check out the Design Team's creations for some inspiration and remember - projects must be Christmassy and have to be Cute!

Merry & Bright

Woo hoo, my third Christmas card! If it wasn't for the Christmas challenge blogs I wouldn't be up to number 3!
This adorable robin digi is from Just Some Lines. I didn't want to use the typical robin colors so I opted for "merry & bright", jeez I crack myself up (pathetic, I know). I used glossy accents to her beak and used some stickles to outline the hat. The sentiment is by Stamping Bella.
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Sparkles Forum Christmas Challenge "Robins"
Digi Doodle "Anything Goes"Link
Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge "At least 3 layers"
