Hello Spring Chicks

A new month brings a new challenge at Get Creative Challenges!

Our theme this month is Easter/Spring.  Show us your creativity our theme and you will have until April 30th to add your creation.

We are a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will play along for your chance to proudly display our Winner or Top 3 Badges.

The image I chose is Hello Spring by Polkadoodles.  I used Copic markers to color the image, matching the papers from the Over the Rainbow collection by Doodlebug.  I used a ruffle frame die from the Ruffles & Dashes die collection by Catherine Pooler, added an orange ribbon as well as some enamel dots to finish it off.

Thanks so much for stopping by and make sure you hop over to Get Creative Challenges for some inspiration from our fabulous Design Team!

Gnome Hello

"Something to Say" is the theme for our new challenge at Creative Knockouts!

We have a fabulous sponsor so make sure to upload your creation for your chance to win a special prize from Polkadoodles!

I created this card using the Polkadoodles image Spring Flowers Gnome.  I colored the image with Copic markers then had the task of fussy cutting (groan).  The image comes with an SVG file but I wasn't at home at the time of making so didn't have use of my Cricut.

The Hello was stamped in Versamark and heated with white emobssing powder.  The set is How to Say Hello by MFT (no longer available). I added foam squares to the gnome and bee before affixing to the card base.  I would like to add a few more bees and will probably do so once I'm back at home.

Make sure you check out the amazingly creative creations from or Design Team then it's your turn to start creating!

Hello Friend

Reminder time for Creative Sketchy Girls Butterfly Challenge - there is still time to link up your creation(s)!

Our sponsor for this challenge is Oddball Art Co. and the lucky winner will receive 3 digis of their choice!

This quirky image is Cute Whimsical Crocodile and I colored him/her up with Copic markers and used a butterfly diecut with navy paper to add to his nose.

The sentiment is from Tim Holtz Crazy Birds collection and the papers are from the Anything Goes paper pack by Echo Park.

Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to seeing what you create!
