This adorable image is Flower Dreams.  I used Copic markers to color the image and framed her in circles using diecuts.  The designer paper is from the Madison collection by Penny Black and to finish her off, the flower embellies were added.

Birthday Fairy

Ready for a new challenge over at Creatalicious Challenges?  Our theme as always is Anything Goes with an optional twist "Fairy".

While we don't have a sponsor for this challenge, we hope you still join us for fun!

This darling image is Twila Fairy by CC Designs.  I did purchase the digital version some time ago however it looks like digital images are no longer available.

I used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the image then I went to work coloring.  I added glossy accents to the flower crown and Nuvo White Blizzard glitter drops on the wings and Honey Gold glitter drops to the wand.  I found some glitter background paper that matched the dress perfectly.  The sentiment is from the Curly Greetings collection by Woodware Stamps. To finish it off I added a couple of hearts and gems for extra bling.

Things with Wings Challenge at Digi Haven

Time for a new challenge at Digi Haven!  Our theme for this challenge is Things with Wings and our fab sponsor is Whoopsi Daisy Digis.  The winner will receive one sheet of digi images from our sponsor!

I thought this beautiful image by Whoopsi Daisy would work well for a thank you card.  I colored her up with my copic markers, the papers are from the Go Green Collection by DCWV and the sentiment is a stamp by Paper Smooches.

Christmas Fairies

Christmas Cards All Year 'Round has a new challenge theme for September "Christmas Fairies".  There are so many beautiful fairy images to choose from, there is something definitely magical about them!

This image, Winter Fairy Halla, is by Mo Manning. I completely fell in love with this image and when I was putting the card together I was so focused on the image and sparkle I didn't even think about putting a sentiment on the front.  So inside the card it reads, Wishing you Warm Winter Wishes.

I colored the image with my Copic markers and used my clear Spica sparkle marker to add some lines of sparkle, as well as Star Dust Stickles.  The rhinestones were from our local craft store and the paper is from the Powder Mountain collection by Bo Bunny.
