'tis the Season Shaker

Christms Bingo Challenges has a new challenge ready to go for you!

CBC will feature a new Bingo card for each challenge and while this isn't your typical game of BINGO, you are required to use at least three items in ONE column. This challenge will run September 1st through October 15th

We are a "just for fun" challenge where you will have the chance to proudly display our Winner or Top Pick Badge! 

The column I chose is "I", Aperture, Distressing Ink (blue snowflake), Shaker, Dots

I used Stitched Snowflake Frame die-cut by Lawn Fawn to created the aperture and the sentiment, Merry Circle Tags by Avery Elle (no longer available) was stamped with Versa Mark then set with silver embossing powder.  The smaller blue snowflake was created using a die cut after I applied Distress Inks to white cardstock.

Happy New Year 2023

A new month AND a New Year brings a new challenge at Get Creative Challenges!

Our theme this month is Something New - let your creativity flow with this theme, maybe it's a new year, new stamp that you got for Christmas, the possiblities are endless!

We have moved to a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will continue to play along so you have a chance to proudly display our Winners Badge or Top 3 Badge.

I thought I would bring in the new year with a Happy New Year card.  I used the stamp set and die cuts, Prosecco-Ho-Ho by Avery Elle to create my card.  I embossed the images on black and gold cardstock and on the gold bottle, I stamped a second black image just to use the label.  Added a bow and we're good to go!

I put together patterned papers that were in my stash and the tags were created using Nested Round Tags by Maker's Movement. The sentiment is from the Says it all again set by Clearly Besotted.

Nutcrackin' Christmas

Pa Rum Pum Pum Pum ... Happy New Year and welcome 2022! I hope you all had a happy and safe holiday.

I'm excited to have created this card for Debbie at Creative Creases Challenge as a Guest Designer.  The theme for Challenge #23 is ATG with a Fun Fold.

The stamp set I used to create this card is Nutcrackers by Avery Elle and I also have the matching die-cuts.  After coloring the images with Copic markers I cut them out using matching die-cuts.  

The center circle was made a circle die-cut and colored with Mermaid Lagoon and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks then spritzed with some H20.  After assembling the card I decided to add some holly and of course, nuts to crack.

This was a fun card to assemble and thanks Debbie for the opportunity of being a Guest Designer!
