Mr & Mrs

Christmas [or not] Bingo Challenges has a new challenge ready to go for you!

CBC will feature a new Bingo card for each challenge and while this isn't your typical game of BINGO, you are required to use at least three items in ONE column.

We are a "just for fun" challenge where you will have the chance to proudly display our Winner or Top Pick Badge!

My choice was the "G" column - Wedding, Silver, Ribbon and Doily.

The image is from the Piece of Cake collection by Stampin' Up! This set has a variety of cake selections, making it easy to pick a cake for different celebrations.  After coloring the image with Copic markers, I used the coordinating punch cut the cake and plate.

I used a circle die cut on vellum to create the cake background and a border punch by Stampin' Up! to go under the red ribbon.  The papers are from my stash. Note: the vellum has a yellow tinge in the photo, but it's not in real life!

So glad you stopped by, and I look forward to seeing your creation!

The Paper Players - Sketch #735 (May 2) .

The First Dance as Mr. & Mrs.

ALL STITCHED UP (real or faux) is the theme for our new challenge at Creative Knockouts!

We have a fabulous sponsor so make sure to upload your creation for your chance to win 2 digital images from All Dressed Up!

As soon as I saw this image, I had to have it - The First Dance.  I love the simplicity of the image - so many beautiful possibilities.

I used Copic markers to color the image and added a few gems to the front.  In true form, I AGAIN forgot the theme of the challenge and had to go back and add some faux stitching along the edges.

The sentiment is from the Wedding Bundle collection by Bonnie Garby Designs.

Make sure you check out the amazingly creative creations from our Design Team then it's your turn to start creating!

Challenges:
All Dressed Up - #141 ATG (July 14)
The Sisterhood of Crafters - Weddings (Jun 27) .
Krafty Chicks Challenge - #669 All Occasions (June 28) .

Wedding Day Challenge at Creatalicious

It's time for a new monthly challenge at Creatalicious!  This month we want to see your Wedding Day creations!

This Challenge is sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs and the winner will receive 4 digis of their choice!

For my card I used Mr. & Mrs. Owl by Delicious Doodles.  I colored them up with my Copic markers and added glossy accents to their eyes, collars and feet.  I used an embossing folder to emboss the white heart and placed it on top of the red doily.  I also added some white rose buds and rhinestones.  The sentiment is by TLC Creations.
Time to start creating ... for some inspiration, make sure to check out the fab creations by our Design Team!

Altered Art Challenge and DT Call at Crafting Cafe

Time to broaden your horizons at The Crafting Cafe and try something different by creating an altered art project!  Our sponsor for this challenge is Delicious Doodles.  The winner will receive 4 images of their choice!

The Crafting Cafe is also having a Design Team call.  If you would like to  join this fab team, make sure you at DT after your name when you link up your creation!

Oh, I struggled with this one!  There were so many possibilities and so many wonderful images from our sponsor, Delicious Doodles.  Once I narrowed my digi choice to Lovey-Dovey Silhouette, I went thru my stash and this is what I came up with:

And the result was this:

I printed the image on some smooth & sparkly white paper the cut it down to fit inside the frame.  I painted the frame white and stuck some black and clear rhinestones on the right side of the frame.  I covered the rest in glass glitter by Stampin Up!  I added white bows and white flowers on the corner and placed some glass diamonds inside.

Challenges:
Glitter n Sparkle Challenge - Add a bow
Stamp n Doodle - Wedding
Ink on my Fingers - Birds

All my Love at Cards for Men

It's all about Love at Cards for Men!  That's right, our challenge is "All My Love" so break out the mushy stuff and show us what you got.

I was having a bit of a dilema with my card, thinking of how I would make it "masculine" but I figured a wedding card really was for both man and wife so while I tried to stay with masculine colors, I did add some feminine touches!

The Kenny K digi that I worked with is called Happy Couple.  I colored it up with my copic markers and added glossy accents to their pearly whites.  I couldn't have a bride without some bling so I added some rhinestones on her tiara and earrings

Our sponsor for this challenge is, of course, Kenny K.  The winner will receive 5 digis of their choice!

I'm sure you're all familiar with the wonderful work of Kenny K's Shop but what about the man (and woman) behind those wonderful creations.  Take a look here to see their journey.

Challenges:
Gingerloft Challenge - Love is in the Air
Glitter n Sparkle Challenge - Valentines/Love
No Matter Which Challenge - Ribbons & Bows
Crafty Calendar Challenge - Love and Marriage

So Happy For You - Aud Sentiments Challenge

The challenge at Aud Sentiments is to use a sentiment that includes the word "HAPPY"!
Our sponsor for this challenge is AI Factory and they are giving the winner their pick of 3 single images. Thanks so much!
Here is a little bit about them...
AmberInk was started by a mother and daughter team. Amber lives in the East, Pam lives in the West. Amber is an Emmy nominated children's animator and illustrator, who creates from her Brooklyn, New York studio. Although they do carry some clear stamps, the company runs by the premise that their customers are more brilliant than patient. If you've been a diehard clear or rubberstamper, they can even help you with the transition to digital. And don't worry about asking a silly question, because as a retired public high school teacher, Pam has already seen it all. Check out the ever-increasing tutorial links, which you can find on the homepage. Hailing from the Hawaiian Islands, the Aloha Spirit is alive and well at AmberInk.com.
We also have a fab "Happy" freebie from Paulette at Create with TLC. Just right click on the image and start playing along! If you use the TLC sentiment below, you get two chances to with the awesome AI Factory prize!

I'm sorry my photo below is not the best. I pulled out my Baroque Motif stamp set by SU! to create this card.

I used Versamark ink with black embossing powder to create the background. Added some bling, ribbon and wedding charm. The sentiment stamp is also from SU! It was fast to pull together and fairly painless!
