Sweet HB2U!

I'm thrilled to share some exciting news - I've joined the FarmQuest Grocery Game Challenge as a member of their Design Team!

It’s my very first project with the FarmQuest Grocery Game Challenge — and the theme is Anything Food Goes!

I'm so excited to join this fun and unique challenge blog where food-inspired creativity takes center stage. For this challenge, I created a sweet birthday card using digital images from Sweet November!

My design features a cookie sheet full of homemade cookies all colored with Copic markers then fussy cut and assembled on the cookie sheet. A cute and fun birthday vibe perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth, bright color tones and a dash of love straight from the (paper) oven!

Here’s a look at my project:

Whether it's cookies, cakes, fruits, or farm-fresh favorites—if it's food, it fits the challenge! Be sure to check out all the deliciously creative inspiration from the Design Team over on the FarmQuest Grocery Game Challenge blog, then link up your own food-inspired project for a chance to play along!

Thanks so much for stopping by—and happy crafting!

You're TOADALLY Amazing!

Stitching (real or faux) is the theme for our new challenge at Creative Knockouts!

We have a fabulous sponsor so make sure to upload your creation for your chance to win a special prize from Rachelle Anne Miller!

I adore this image, Stacked Frogs; it makes me smile!  I used Copic markers to color the image and to color the water and sky.  I used a white gel pen for some accents and a pink spica pen for the teeny tiny flowers. The sentiment is from the Simple Sentiment Strips by Whimsy Stamps.  I should have created a computer-generated sentiment "You're TOAD-ALLY Amazing", to keep with the theme!  For my faux stitching element, I framed the sentiment using Stitched Sentiment banner by MFT.

To create the slimline card, I used Slimline Essentials dies by Maker's Movement.

Please excuse the photo, to me it seems a bit hazy, not sure if it's the color of the sky or just that it's so bright - in person it looks much better!

Make sure you check out the amazingly creative creations from our Design Team then it's your turn to start creating!

Adventure or Tea?

A new month brings a new challenge at Get Creative Challenges!

Our theme this month is Mad Tea Party! Show us your creativity using anything TEA related in your creation!

We are a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will play along for your chance to proudly display our Winner or Top 3 Badges.

The image I used for my card is Winnie Wonderland Hat by Polkadoodles.  I printed this may times and used different color combos and decided to showcase this one.  The papers are from the Preppy Brights collection by Pink & Main.  The sentiment is computer generated.

Thanks so much for stopping by and make sure you hop over to Get Creative Challenges for some inspiration from our fabulous Design Team!

Mr & Mrs

Christmas [or not] Bingo Challenges has a new challenge ready to go for you!

CBC will feature a new Bingo card for each challenge and while this isn't your typical game of BINGO, you are required to use at least three items in ONE column.

We are a "just for fun" challenge where you will have the chance to proudly display our Winner or Top Pick Badge!

My choice was the "G" column - Wedding, Silver, Ribbon and Doily.

The image is from the Piece of Cake collection by Stampin' Up! This set has a variety of cake selections, making it easy to pick a cake for different celebrations.  After coloring the image with Copic markers, I used the coordinating punch cut the cake and plate.

I used a circle die cut on vellum to create the cake background and a border punch by Stampin' Up! to go under the red ribbon.  The papers are from my stash. Note: the vellum has a yellow tinge in the photo, but it's not in real life!

So glad you stopped by, and I look forward to seeing your creation!
