This month at Winter Wonderland our challenge theme is Let it Snow. We don't have a sponsor for this month so this month's challenge is Just for Fun!
I have had this Tiddlyinks image for a few years, even printed it out and there it sat, waiting to be colored. The image is called Ricky Winter Lights unfortunately, I don't see that it's available anymore however there is a girl version Winterlights Wryn.
I had intended on creating a CAS card but it looked too bare so I decided to color in some winter lights. Not perfect but it was my first shot at it! To add some falling snow, I used an toothbrush with a bit of water and white paint. It it a bit messy but this is one of my favorite ways to add an overall snow dusting, it adds a nice soft and serene look and for this image, I think it's perfect. To finish it off, I used some shimmer spray.
