2020 Wiped Me Out!

Welcome back and Happy 2021!  Christmas Craft Creations has a new challenge and our theme this month is Ribbon or Twine.  You have a choice, or maybe use both - the possibilities are endless!

I have recently used this image and have decided to use it again in a different layout.  I love this image from Whimsy Stamps, TP Dudley is too funny! TP Dudley is a freebie so if you don't have him already, you should!

I colored Dudley with Copic markers then fussy cut the image.  I used Party Time stencil by Ranger with distress inks to create the background.  The sentiment was computer generated and for the finishing touch, added matching ribbon. I used pop dots on Dudley then stuck him to the middle of the card.

Hope you enjoy the humor and let 2021 begin!
(please remember to add the challenge graphic above to your post for your chance to win)

Happy New Year

Time for January's ATG Challenge at Arty Divas!  To wish you all a Happy New Year, I created this card using TP Dudley, illustrated by Dustin Pike.  It's currently a freebie at Whimsy Stamps.

For me, this image represents a clean slate, flush 2020 away and bring on 2021!

I colored Dudley with Copic markers then used scissors to fussy cut the image.  The stamped border is from the Stitched Together (C1459) collection by Close to my Heart, Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink in the corner then sprayed pewter Sheer Spritz over the entire card.  After drying, I used pop dots on Dudley and stuck him to the card and added the sentiment from Merry Christmas collection by PhotoPlay.

Our talented team at Arty Divas has some wonderful creations, I hope you visit them and leave some love.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you join us, I'd love to see your creation!
