SSC - Sketch

Get ready for this weeks Sketch Challenge at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge!
You may flip it, flop it, twist it or turn it any way you wish. BUT…please be sure we can see the original sketch in your final masterpiece!
You will have from now until midnight (EST) November 5th, 2011 to complete this challenge and post a DIRECT LINK to your submission into our InLinkz in order to be entered into the drawing for this week's fabulous prizes donated by:
$20 Gift Certificate (winner pays shipping)
For my card this week, I used Christian by Simply Betty and the papers are from Close to my Heart.

I colored Christian with my copics then used Tim Holtz Frayed Burlap Distressing Ink around the image edges, as well as on the chipboard shapes and the crinkle stuff (what do you call that stuff anyways?!).
Now it's your turn, I can hardly wait to see your creations! Make sure you check out the amazing creations from the rest of the Design Team!
Challenges:

No Homework!

Every year I promise myself that I will have cards for the teacher done early and every year I'm up until midnight the night before the last day of school making cards and wrapping presents - this year was no different.

I'm a sucker for zombies and love this one from Simply Betty, the sentiments are by Create with TLC and thought it was very fitting for the last day of school! I tried my hand at using grey combos, they are always prove difficult for me but it turned out all right. I got the idea of using grey and green from Creepy Glowbugg, her work is amazing, check it out.

I am entering this card in the Simply Betty Challenge, fave Emo.

Believe in the Bunny

Here is one of the new Sweet Gothic Kids Easter digi by Simply Betty's. I followed the amazing sketch by Graphicat Designs and used Alex digi for Simply Betty's challenge. This card fits the theme for Aly's Sunday Challenge so I will be entering there as well!

Freeze Frame

The temperature keeps getting lower and lower and add in the windchill factor ... brrr, it's too darn cold! Although this Miller Digi from Simply Betty is from the Valentine collection, it works well here on my frosty card! That was my inspiration for Lollipop Crafts Challenge #27 - Black, White and a pop of Color. http://lollipopcrafts.blogspot.com/

Anything but Square

This is my entry for Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #94. There's nothing square about this card! I used a brad to fasten the front and back together and can be opened with just a flick of the wrist!
