Even Mermaids Drink Coffee

It's time for another fab challenge at Creative Knockouts!  Our theme for this challenge is ATG - Anything Goes!

I chose to work with Mermaid Coffee for this challenge 'cause seriously, who doesn't drink coffee?!.
I used Copic markers to color the image and a white gel pen to add some accents along the way.  I pulled out my coffee rim and coffee beans stamp and used Frayed Burlap Distress Ink to ink them up.  I added some brown ribbon and blue pearls to finish it off.

Creative Knockouts next challenge is Anything Goes!

The image I chose to work with for my slimline card is Game Boy.  I started off by coloring with Copic markers then took to fussy cutting all those nooks and crannies. 

 I decided to try out my new stencil, Rays of Light by Creative Expressions.  I used Distress Oxide Inks (Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, Barn Door, Seedless Preserves), then sprayed some shimmer spritz all over.

I added pop-dots to the back of the image and placed it in the centre of the card.  The sentiment was computer generated, cut out and attached with pop-dots.

I wasn't too sure how this card was going to turn out but once I added the sentiments it took on a whole new look which I really like.  Thanks so much for stopping by and look forward to seeing your creations.
