Meet Pinata-Pedro, he's trying so hard to smash that Pinata! I used the Print & Cut function on my Silhouette Cameo so I didn't have to fussy cut around the images then colored the images with Copic markers.
I decided to make a shaker card to keep up with the festive colors. Honestly, I dislike making shaker cards but thought I'd give it one more try - still not a fan - I wish the sequence would stay scattered rather than gather at the bottom until shaken.
For the inside, I decided to add another Pinata and switch to the polka-dot paper to give the illusion of sequence.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I look forward to seeing what you create!
I hear you on shaker cards; I've only ever made one. Having said that though, I think you nailed this one! The shaker concept goes so well with the pinata theme, as if the pinata is broken and these are the bits that fall. The inside looks great as well and I like the colored paper you chose, it mimics the shaker elements. Well done, very clever design!ReplyDelete
