I stayed with black and red for this card and thought the corset lace would be the perfect touch. I used my scallop border punch then threaded the ribbon through each hole. It's a bit difficult to see but I used some black lace under the corset as well as under the sentiment. I have to say, I really like the feathers too! I had an empty spot that needed to be filled but didn't think buttons would work on this card. I scanned my craft stash and the key caught my eye. I think it filled the empty spot quite nicely.
