Thanks or Thanksgiving Challenge

It's time for another challenge at Digi Haven!  Our theme is Thanks or Thanksgiving and our sponsor is Beccy's Place!  The winner will receive 3 digi images of choice!

The image I chose for my card is Haunted Birdhouse by Beccy.  I stayed with "fall" colors, browns and oranges then added some burlap, button, string and pennants.  I also used an embossing folder that looks like wood for the background.

Dude Time Doodles - Thanksgiving Challenge

It's inspiration challenge time over at Dude Time Doodles and this month our inspiration is "Gobble till you Wobble".

I could't resist using Poor Tom Tom Turkey... he's not having a good month! From the expression on his face I think he wishes Thanksgiving has passed!

"Pick a Day" Challenge

It's time for another Wednesday challenge at Dude Time Doodles. This time, we are asking you to create a project based on one of these special November Days:

• Thanksgiving - November 24th
• Stay @ Home Because You're Well Day

My pick was Thanksgiving, how could I not when Fanny Thanks is up for grabs! Since I colored her with a fairly bright orange, I chose some subtle papers to tone it down....but with a comment like "Turkey Farts", how can one tone it down?!
