Flower Hedgehog

We’re back with a brand-new challenge at Creative Knockouts — and this one’s all about your Fave Embellie!

Whether it’s buttons, bling, brads, or bows — we want to see how you use your favorite embellishments to bring your crafty creations to life. So, grab your supplies and let the creativity flow!

Our fabulous sponsor this round is All Dressed Up, generously offering up an awesome prize — you won’t want to miss the chance to win!

This adorable creature is Hedgehog Flower - how sweet is that image?

I colored the image using Copic markers and framed it with gold cardstock for a touch of shine. This was my first time creating a frame with acetate, and while there were a few hiccups along the way, I’m excited to try it again with smoother results next time!

For my fave embellie, I went with paper flowers — they add such a soft, dimensional touch and tie in perfectly with the floral theme.

Good Vibes Heading Your Way

✨ We’re Back with a Sparkling New Challenge at Creative Knockouts! ✨

Our brand-new theme is Sparkle & Shine — and we can’t wait to see how you add a touch of shimmer, glitter, or shine to your crafty creations! So dust off those supplies, get creative, and join the fun!

We’re thrilled to have Pattie’s Creations as our generous sponsor for this challenge — with a fantastic prize up for grabs! Don’t miss your chance to play along and win!

To create the background for this cool, calm, and collected Frogtini, I reached for my Ocean Waves XL background stamp by Create a Smile and inked it up with VersaMark. I then heat-embossed it using white embossing powder, which brought those waves to life beautifully.

Next, I blended Tumbled Glass and Uncharted Mariner Distress Inks to give the scene that soothing ocean vibe. A spritz of sparkle spray added a lovely shimmer, and once dry, I went in with White Blizzard Nuvo Glitter Drops for some extra sparkle—sadly, it doesn’t quite show in the photo!

The adorable Frogtini was colored with Copic markers. I added a touch of Wink of Stella to the tube for subtle shimmer and used Glossy Accents on the sunglasses to give them a fun, shiny finish.

The sentiment comes from the Beach Filler collection by KLM Designs, and to finish it all off, I added a few diamond gems for just the right touch of shine.

Be sure to check out the inspiring creations from our talented Design Team — then link up your masterpiece and show us your sparkle!

Snowy Christmas Scene

FarmQuest Country Christmas Challenge has a brand-new challenge for you to join!

This challenge blog is all about celebrating the cozy, rustic charm of country life during the holidays — think barns, wildlife, snow-covered fields, and all things outdoorsy and festive!

Each challenge is Anything Goes, as long as it captures that country Christmas feel.

We are a just-for-fun challenge, but you could earn our Grand Champion Winner Badge (with a Guest DT invite) or proudly display our Wintery Top 3 Badge on your blog or socials.

I created a card featuring die cuts from Concord & 9th - Home for the Holidays and Classic Holiday Greetings. Along with solid color cardstock, the snowflake background is from the Snowy Sprigs collection by Echo Park and silver glitter cardstock was used for the windows and white glitter cardstock for the snow.

I can’t wait see what you create — and don’t forget to check out the blog for beautiful inspiration from the rest of the Design Team!

Happy crafting!

Peace Bear

Christmas [or not] Bingo Challenges has a brand-new challenge ready for you!

Each challenge, CBC features a fresh Bingo card filled with fun and creative prompts - and while it's not your typical game of BINGO, the rules are simple:

Choose at least three items from ONE column and include them in your project.

This is a just-for-fun challenge, but it's a great way to get inspired - and you could earn a Winner or Top Pick Badge to proudly display on your bog or socials!

For my project, I picked the "B" column, which includes:

  • Christmas - Brown - Plaid - Digital Image

I had so much fun working with these elements - they really pushed my creativity!

The image I used is one I have had for a very long time, anyone remember Stampfairy?! Well, this is Jake and he was colored with Copic markers. The papers I chose to work with are from my stash and I believe the plaid is from Echo Park, the berry background is Hearth & Holiday by Simple Stories.  The sentiment was a die-cut from the Classic Holiday Greetings collection by Concord & 9th.

Visit the Christmas [or not] BINGO Challenges blog to check out the full BINGO card and get inspired by the Design Team's creations. Then it's your turn - we can't wait to see what you make!

Happy crafting!
