Excavating a Spooky Halloween

I was asked to create a Halloween card for a little boy who loves Excavators.  I found this image on ETSY and thought it would be perfect.

I printed the excavator image and stamped images from Frightful Little Bits on Copic paper then went to work coloring with Copic markers.  To create the background, I used distress oxide inks and the Layering Mask Moon stencil by Tim Holtz.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope this card puts a smile on your face!

Cool Tidings in Pink

Join me for our new challenge over at Christmas with the Cuties!  Christmas Pinks is the theme for our new challenge - don't forget, your creation must be Christmas themed and feature a cute image.

We are a JUST FOR FUN challenge and I hope you will continue to play along for your chance to proudly display our Winners or Top 3 Badge.

This cute Penguin image is from Just Me however I see they are no longer in business :(

I used Copic markers to color the image and the background papers are from the Be Merry paper pad by Pink & Main.  I love the bright colors of this pad and they fit perfectly with the Pink theme!

Now it's your turn to show us your Christmas project and make sure you check out the Design Team's creations for some inspiration and remember - projects must be Christmassy and have to be Cute!

Challenges:
A Place to Start - ATG w/Optional Pink (Nov 5) .
MTTCC - Winter Animals #98  (Nov 7) .

Little Pumpkin Girl

Halloween or Fall is the theme for our new challenge at Creative Knockouts!

We have a fabulous sponsor so make sure to upload your creation for your chance to win a special prize from All Dressed Up!

Another sweet image by ADU, Little Pumpkin it is! I colored her up with Copic markers using colors to match the designer papers from the first issue of The complete guide to Die-cutting magazine.  I hope you have a chance to check this magazine out, it is full of beautiful papers and great ideas.

After assembling the card I added some sequins, leaves and a button then sprayed with Gold Shimmer Spray.

Thank you so much for stopping by and make sure you check out the amazingly creative creations from our Design Team then it's your turn to start creating!
