We've had a busy weekend celebrating my hubby's birthday yesterday and Father's Day today. I helped my boys create some special projects for their dad and here they are!
For his birthday, part of his gift was this plant and bottle of wine. My youngest colored this adorable image Super Rog by Elephantastic . I used my Silhouette to cut out the treat hanger then we decorated it and of course, had to add chocolate cause it goes so well with red wine!
My hubby is somewhat of a handyman and can often be seen with his tools and tool belt somewhere around the house. For Father's Day we created this very cool tool belt for him. I saw this project while I was browsing thru blogland and knew it was something I had to try! (I'm trying to find the blog that had this project so I can give her credit).
I used my Silhouette and the boys put the tools together and they each wrote a note on a tag which was placed in the middle pocket. The sentiment is from Stampfairy. The picture doesn't show it here but we also added a Tim Horton's gift card for his coffee drinking pleasure.
Challenges for the Tool Belt Card:

Love the tool belt card, what a great idea :) It's super cute!
